Masno Poultry, a social enterprise established in 2020, is dedicated to promoting small-scale poultry farming in our country. Our goal is to combine organic practices with innovative rearing techniques to address the challenges caused by urban migration and its impact on rural communities.

Additionally, we plan to generate income by supplying organic eggs to the major urban centers of Hargeisa and Burao. Our main initiative focuses on producing small-scale chickens as an alternative livelihood option and a valuable source of nutrition for agropastoral communities.

Through this sustainable poultry farming approach, we aim to alleviate the prevailing food insecurity issues that these communities currently face. Our comprehensive strategy aims to not only create economic opportunities but also improve dietary diversity and resilience within these communities.
